General Information

No. Parking bays are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.

No. All payments must be completed before exiting the car park. A ‘Pay Later’ option is not available.

Parking Romford is located at The Mercury Mall, Mercury Gardens, Romford, RM1 3EE. We’re ideally positioned for shopping, dining, and access to public transport, with Romford Station just a short walk away.

What are the parking times and opening hours?

The car park is open seven days a week, with access available from early morning until late evening. Specific opening and closing times are displayed on-site and may vary on public holidays.

Parking starts from an affordable hourly rate, with a flat daily charge available for up to 24 hours. Prices are clearly shown on signs throughout the car park. For the most accurate rates, please refer to the tariff boards during your visit.

We accept card payments only at our Pay Stations – no cash is accepted. You can also use Hozah® Autopay, which automatically bills your registered card when you enter and exit the car park.
For added flexibility, one-time online payments are also available.

Pay Stations are clearly located throughout the car park, including on Levels 1, 2, and 3. Each machine is signposted and easy to access when you’re ready to pay.

Permit holders can use any of the 400+ standard bays in the car park. While we can’t guarantee a space, the overall capacity makes it unlikely you won’t find one, even during peak hours.

Yes. The facility is covered by 24-hour CCTV surveillance and is regularly patrolled to ensure the safety of all customers and vehicles.

Parking Accessibility & Vehicle Types

Yes. Designated disabled bays are available close to lifts and access points. If you require further support, our customer team is happy to assist during staffed hours.

Yes. We offer family-friendly parking bays, designed for parents with children under 12 or those using prams or child seats. These spaces are wider for easier loading and unloading.

No. This car park is for standard cars only. There are no dedicated bays for motorcycles, scooters, or bicycles.

Not at this time. EVs are welcome to park, but charging facilities are not currently available on site.

Yes, provided your vehicle does not exceed 2.05 metres in height, vans and minibuses are permitted to park.

Facilities & Assistance

No. Luggage or shopping trolleys are not provided at this facility.

Yes. An on-site car wash is available within The Mercury Mall car park, offering interior and exterior cleaning services while you shop or dine nearby.

Unfortunately, we do not provide vehicle access or locksmith services. Please contact your breakdown provider for assistance.

Reporting Issues & Customer Support

If you notice a Pay Station is out of order, please contact us with the machine’s location and any error message displayed. We’ll aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If you witness any misuse of a reserved bay, we encourage you to report it to our team. These matters are taken seriously and will be followed up accordingly.
